I'm proud to say the company I work for is very devoted to community relations - so this coming Sunday, a group of us are going to participate in the Kansas City chapter of "Race for the Cure"...
I am meeting some friends at 5:30am, so I'll be back Sunday night with plenty of pictures, to report on how exciting and successful the event was!
I'd better start the coffeepot now ♥

This is an amazing event. My husband chose this event as his first 5K and it was amazing and emotional day. Ted, having committed to being able to run it after having a heart episode several years ago and also standing at the finish line watching all people running walking and seeing those survivors come across that finish line.
It's just a good good thing
